How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1 business day. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.
Can I return my mirror?
Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy. Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can return it within 30 days of delivery. The mirror must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
What warranty do you offer?
All LivingBright mirrors come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. Having problems? Our customer service team will be happy to help.
Are the mirrors dimmable?
Yes. Most of our LED mirrors have adjustable brightness, allowing you to adjust the lighting to your preference. The product specifications indicate whether dimming is possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all common payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
How do I choose the right mirror size?
Choose your mirror based on the size of your dressing table or wall space. As a rule of thumb, the mirror should be slightly narrower than your dressing table for a balanced look. Not sure? Our customer service team will be happy to help you find the perfect size.
