Warranty & Service

At Verlichtinggroothandel.nl, we stand fully behind the quality of our products. When used correctly*, our products are designed to last for many years. That is why we offer a warranty period of 2 to 5 years, depending on the specific product. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects.

The complete warranty process is handled directly by Verlichtinggroothandel.nl - you are therefore never dependent on third parties. This allows us to provide a fast and efficient solution. The warranty period starts on the invoice date.

* Products must be used according to the instructions on our website, packaging and/or manual.
** Normal wear and tear and improper use are not covered. See the exceptions below.

Warranty procedure

Are you experiencing a problem with a product? Then follow these steps:

1. Check the power supply/driver – The driver is often the cause. You can test this by swapping it with the driver from a working product.

o If the driver is defective, we will send you a replacement driver free of charge.

2. Does the product still not work? Send an email to our customer service with:

o Your order number or a copy of the invoice

o Photos on which the defect is clearly visible

Our technical service will assess the problem and provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.

Possible solutions under the warranty

Depending on the defect and availability, we offer:

· Repair of the product

· Replacement with a new product from the same batch number (if in stock)

· An alternative product if the original batch number is no longer available

Please note: due to continuous quality improvements, the color temperature of new products may differ slightly. For larger projects, we therefore recommend ordering extra spare panels.
